I support my clients with Individualized Yoga, Pilates, Broth and Wellness Coaching. My techniques have developed from over 30 years of study in Iyengar Yoga, Pilates Method, Meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Holistic Nutrition, Bio-Individuality and Myofascial Release. My attention to clients is very individualized even in a group setting.
I look at the body and brain as interconnected and work holistically, meaning we will focus on internal and external healing together. An area where you feel off may actually be stemming from another area of the body that needs balance (especially digestion). I am highly intuitive and compassionate and help my clients “hack their health” to experience improved well-being and a deeper sense of calm. My clients learn how to breathe more effectively to train respiratory and core muscles to help reset the metabolism and nervous system.
Bio-individual tools are instrumental but are often missed in mainstream approaches.
